I bought 2 vehicles in two days. A week after I had my truck it had problems. So I called them took it back and they didn’t even fix it now it’s back in there for the same reason two months later with 1200 miles and they sayin I have to pay 5500.00 to get it fixed. The xxxx with Johnson Dodge Chrysler Jeep. I will go get a ford tomorrow and let everyone know what a scam they are. I have no problem fixing it if it was my fault or i didn’t already tell them a week after I had it.

You don’t expect to show up at your hometown service center at 8 am in the morning to be told they can’t help you unless you leave your vehicle for an undetermined amount of time. To top it off there is no rhyme or reason as to how every lift and service person is being used. Obviously the service or staff is subpar here if they can’t even clear a technician long enough to assess the problem and give you some insight into what the problem is. If every lift is full that early in the morning it makes you wonder what they did the day before..... maybe I am lucky for not having left my vehicle there to be half worked on. Then they offer a transporter service to take you home if you leave the car, but if you live 23 miles away you are out of luck because there is a 20 mile range on the transporter. That took it over the edge for me, I had decided to leave my vehicle until they told me the other 3 miles of travel to get me home was something they couldn’t do. Pitiful service. Attitudes of the service manager was less than friendly as well, they didn’t even care. Johnson dealership just lost my business for car purchase and service. I will drive on to Philadelphia to Griffis Motors. Kris Lewis, owner of Kinetic Transport LLC.

I was disappointed because i took my car in for a recall which was supposed to take approximately an hour. That didn’t happen. I had to leave it for close to 2 weeks. I consider it to be something beyond human control but the next time there is a recall I’ll wait a while and give them time to get the kinks out on others.

Each time we have our Kia serviced at the Meridian service dept, there's always a problem. If it's not an employee's snarky attitude, it's parts they don't have or someone else's fault. Our vehicle has NEVER been cleaned (as they advertise) and service takes much longer than it should. I do NOT recommend them at all.
