I will Never go there again.

I will Never go there again. Unable to get vehicle promised, second one not delivered on time, confusion on PIN number and rude manager. Also, this review request came to my husband and he was not buying I was. Know your customer. I have bought Ford vehicles for 40 years. Never had that much confusion and disrespect.

Joe was great to work with as well as the entire Beck Ford staff. Communication was excellent throughout the entire purchasing process. I have never dealt with a more organized/professional dealership. I highly recommend coming to see Joe if you're in need of a new Ford!!

Good people and honest.

Good people and honest. I bought my new 2004 Mercury from them and my late husband bought his 1974 ford pickup there and both are still in good shape. I also use them to service both vehicles.

F150 in for their "Works.

F150 in for their "Works." Plus repair left front flat tire then put the tire back on & put the spare tire being used back under the truck. Called-truck ready but spare tire not put back nor none of the jack stuff stored as requested. Had to wait until this was done. Have always used this dealership for the 5,000 miles "works" (my truck, bought new here, has 197,000 miles so has been a lot of visits!) & first time a little mess up.
