Great service department experience

Tom in the service department was so understanding of our needs. He was knowledgeable about the safety concern that we had about my teenage daughter's airbag light. He gave details about what labor was involved, what parts needed to be ordered, etc. Tom was a great communicator, he was very patient with questions about the work being done and when it may be ready and much more! Obviously Tom has had years of experience because it showed. His words gave me great confidence in him and the dealership service department. I thought the cost was high, but Tom made me feel confident in their work. Tom was personable and patient and kind!

made it right

I drop my car off on Tuesday morning and had no communication for two whole days. In the end the dealership made it right but it was frustrating up front.

Buying a Ford Escape

Low pressure to buy. Very helpful in making suggestions on different vehicles, even went and pulled one that was being cleaned to be put on the sales lot for us.

"Treated like Family"

My name is Buck Hall. I work with Core Roofing Systems in Alpharetta GA, which we bring our fleet to Billy Howell for repairs. I was involved in an auto accident on Sept 29th where a young driver ran a red light and T-boned me on my passenger side of my F-150. The impact spun me 180 degrees, causing my driver's side to take the road signs out and the momentum of the other vehicle caused me to rear end a light pole. To no surprise the insurance company was less than helpful even with the fact that they are the insurance company I use, taking over a month with no results (quote for damage, making decision to repair/total my truck). Finally after an entire month they are just now ready to start making repairs on my truck, however will not provide me with documentation stating that the truck will be repaired to the same structural standard as it was when pulled off the line new. Billy Howell came through for me providing me a more than fair trade in value for my truck prior to repairs being made (which will be made in their collision center) and putting me into a brand new truck nicer than the one I was in for less money than I was paying for the damaged truck. I thank everyone a Billy Howell for working with me so fast so I can get back to my job duties and now have a truck that I trust is structurally sound should I encounter another collision and hold up should my son be riding in his car seat in the back. Great Service! Great Staff!

This was my first car purchase so I was understandably very nervous, Richard and the financing team made it all go very smoothly and kept me in the loop the entire time. I bought a brand new 2014 Ford Focus hatchback and am very impressed so far. Thank you.
