Best Service Tech
Craig is the best service tech! If he is not available, everyone there is so thoughtful and attentive! Buying a car is easy because everyone is sweet to you! But when the service comes, that’s what keeps the buyer coming back for more! I will continue going to Casa Ford Lincoln as long as Craig works there!!

They made a deal with me and then came back and lied saying that I never told them about my pay off when I did so now they are telling me that they will only want to give me a very low amount for my vehicle when it's worth 10K more then what they are offering finance manager is full of crap

No longer a customer
Took car in for repair and...SURPRISE it doesn't just need that repair, it needs $2000.00 in "oil leak repairs." I found this interesting for several reasons; this vehicle just had an oil change and the mechanic didn't mention a leak (much less the 2 that magically appeared in Casa Ford), there is no smell of burning oil, and there is no visual evidence of a leak either on the engine or on our garage floor. Casa Ford has attempted to do this in the past. They lost me as a customer.

EXCELLENT CARE AND SERVICE: Tony Krahmer and Tony Gonzales is an outstanding service "team" - they go out of their way to accommodate my service needs - I have known their professionalism over 30 years. They give good advice and recommendations to see that I get the proper care.

Very disappointed about our salesman. He did not seem to know about the vehicle I was buying, as example when I got home I tried with the directions furnished to install my garage door opener with no luck. I called the salesman and he said to go on my computer to find directions which I did and installed it. When I was told my license plates were in, I returned to the dealership for installation. The salesman put on the rear license and when I got back home I discovered the front plate was not on. I called and found out that a mechanic needed to put that on and to bring it back which I did. Also when I made my deal, I was told I would get a $500 military discount but when I went down to sign the papers, I was told I was not eligibile for this. I walked away from the deal and later the sales manager said to come back and he would take the $500 off by giving me more on my trade in. A lot of extra trips because no one seems to know what they are doing.
