We went to Chris Auffenberg to trade our Ford Connect in on something a little smaller, newer, and with four wheel drive. We decided to buy a 2018 Ford Escape. The car is so nice, and it had all of the options I was looking for. The heated seats are really nice in the weather we are having today, and the four wheel drive carried me through the ice and snow with ease. Our Salesman Dave was very helpful in getting everything ready prior to our arrival. It helped us get through the process quicker, and that was a relief. We are grateful for the fair price they offered us on our trade, and we feel like the deal on the new car was fair. Chris Auffenberg Ford in Washington, MO gave me the best car buying experience I?ve ever had. I bought a used Acura from them in Dec 2013. They were much more willing to deal than the few St. Louis dealerships I shopped at. The money I saved was well worth the drive to Washington.
