Mike O'Hare made the sale experience extremely pleasant and easy. He answered any questions we had and did not pressure us in any way to make up our minds quickly (like you would get at other dealerships). The no haggle pricing is a great idea too as it takes a lot of the stress out of the buying experience. Rich was also very helpful and pleasant to deal with too. Just an overall great experience! We will be back again when its time for a new car, that is for certain!

We have been purchasing Toyota cars here for over ten years. Our sales have always been handled by Michael Gottuso. He has gone out of his way to make this an amazing experience. He is professional and courteous. Car shopping rarely is a positive experience. Mike takes his time with you. He is extremely knowledgeable about all of the cars we have looked at. He knows about the specifications, electronics and accessories. He always goes through the whole vehicle to make sure we understand how everything works. He is available even after we drive off the lot. We can call him with any questions we have and he's always happy to assist us. We would recommend Mike to anyone looking for a car.

I was starting off with negative equity so I knew this...
I was starting off with negative equity so I knew this was going to be a battle, maybe a winless battle. Melissa never forgot about me though and as soon as something that she knew I wanted was available she was on the phone. They were very willing to work with me through the phone and faxes, since I lived over 2.5 hours away, and they were great to deal with. They even worked great with my Credit Union so that I could get the best interest rate out there (3.35%!!!). They (Melissa and Corey Rheal) were a pleasure to work with and I will definitely recommend them to family and friends who are interested in buying a vehicle. I could tell they wanted to work just as much as I did and I drove off the lot with a 2011 Nissan Rogue by the end of the week!! If you are looking for a vehicle, see Melissa!!!

My first time and had a great experience. Mike broke down everything to me . My first owning a Toyota 2011 Camry and I love my car so far.,any questions I had they answered them. I should of came here the 1st time around to buy a car. But lesson learn. I will be coming again .also loved the popcorn and the bagels . Don't get rid of that . Lol.. Very nice ppl
