Not your typical dealer. My wife and I are very satisfied with the entire process of our transaction. Everybody was helpful and had a positive attitude and did their jobs with a smile.

I am 68 years old and consider myself an experienced, hard-driving and wise (but fair) negotiator when purchasing a vehicle. I contacted Durango Motor Company via email with my usual cynical expectations of the tortuous process ahead of me. I was pleasantly surprised by their prompt and courteous responses (not "canned"), no pressure approach and willingness to meet all of my requests and expectations. Chad Kundert, sales, their customer service representative (sorry - I forgot his name) and Mike, finance, were easy-going, knowledgable and quickly sought out additional information as needed. Everything went smoothly and efficiently from start to finish. If their service department is as effective, friendly and efficient as their sales department, as I expect it to be, I will always purchase future vehicles from Durango Motor Company and would advise others to do the same. A very fair deal and good customer service.
