They told me needed new transmission, and I took to transmission place ,part was 450. They fixed it. Total rip off. Watch out.

Had a personable salesperson in Will who helped us with this transaction and a good experience with Ozzy in Finance. Both were easy to deal with.

Excellent customer service!!! Pedro (Sales) Fahrney Management, Finance, Pablo (Ins) Rey (Sales?) From the moment our family stepped onto the property Pedro went above and beyond to literally find our perfect vehicle. We came with an idea and Pedro made the deal happen. Just when you think your done, Pablo saves you major on insurance! Wow, from start to finish, my family drove off feeling very appreciated and that is what customer service should be. The entire staff, can't forget Rey! This wonderful young man helped with tech issues we had with new truck. I will recommend Fahrney Ford to everyone!

Sad they promise they can do things others can’t that’s a lie they are the same as any other dealership they lie and get your hopes up just to let you down! Sad these people have to do this to someone good job you treat people like family well I’m very grateful I’m not a part of YOUR family!!!

Saw an online listing for a manual transmission Tacoma, which are hard to find. Was contacted by a sales associate, Will, and was told it was an automatic, but be sent me a link with an enthusiastic "this one is stick!" So I made an appointment to see it that weekend. I confirmed with two or three other sales associates who reached out to verify the appointment that I would be there to see the *manual* truck. I drive down dday of appointment 4 hours from north of Sacramento, to be assigned to a different sales associate, and within 5 seconds of opening the door to the truck, it was obvious this was an automatic. Anthony, the sales associate, realizes it's the wrong stock number. They check. That one is automatic too! Sales manager gets involved, tells me their Vin decoder that generates their online inventory pages made an error, marking it as manual. Then proceeded to make suggestions for other purchases I was not interested in, including a "great deal on an automatic and you can trade it in when we get a manual!" - why would I pay for something I don't want. He also offered shopping for a '24 model but they are changing the body style and they are more expensive. Spent about 2 hours at the dealership, plus another 4 hour drive home. They filled half a tank for me at $30. For a wasted 10 hour day. It would have taken someone 30 seconds to verify the vehicle had 2 pedals and not 3 as requested. Sales Manager joked that he should have been the one to verify. Supremely irritated.
