Tyler Colegrove helped me with my last several leases through Bob Johnson. On the most recent vehicle, he actually picked it out for me ahead of time, knowing the options I prefer to have. Then went out of his way to get me a $1,000 discount, even though it took a couple extra days. It was easy to stay in communication through the process, via email and text. Great experience! I turned in my 2023 F150 lease early. Bob Johnson ford covered the remaining lease payments and Tyler Colegrove made the whole process effortless. He is very professional, knowledgeable and a really great person. Being a returning lease customer,Tyler has been my salesman in the past and will be in the future. Bob Johnson Ford in Avon is a great place to lease/buy and service a vehicle.

My wife and I, on our day off had a scheduled appointment
My wife and I, on our day off had a scheduled appointment on 1-19-26 with a sales rep. But, unfortunately due to a family emergency they were unable to be there, and this completely understandable. We walked in and without hesitation and knowledge of our appointment Taylor Bennet, stepped in to assist us in our purchase inquiry. Taylor literally dropped everything he was scheduled for that day and put the customer first, and that's quality customer service, and without any negative attitude or negative body language of stepping in to help out the customer which is rare to see these days. Taylor spent over 2 hours of his time making it all about "Our Time", explaining all purchase options, rebates, trade value, pricing including payment options, it was clearly obvious that Taylor was a complete professional and has outstanding knowledge on the Ford portfolio of products and purchase options. Taylor always had a focus on the customer and what was in our best interest for purchasing options. after exploring purchase options at other dealerships, Its because of Taylor, that we felt like we were getting the deal that was right for us , and we completed the transaction. But, what made Taylor stand out from any other significant life purchases which we have ever completed, was one statement Taylor made to us. The vehicle was to arrive the next day, I called at 4 pm and said , my wife just got out of work and we can be there by 5 , can we pick up our new truck?, we were very excite to receive our new vehicle. Without hesitation, Taylor stated," The vehicle had just arrived , it hasn't been detailed, but Taylor said he would go detail it himself , so it will be ready when we arrived. I know they close at 5pm, it would have been way after 5 if we choose to pick it up and complete all the purchasing paperwork. But Taylor was only focused on his customers needs, not getting out at 5pm. We declined and said it makes sense to pick it up the next day. Taylor is an outstanding customer focused professional, and extremely knowledgeable asset to the Bob Johnson Ford organization .

Taylor Bennett did a great job finding the right vehicle that fit my needs and budget. From test drive to ensuring I did not forget my Navy license plate bracket I was treated great. All the Bob Johnson employees were very kind and courteous to me. I appreciated Taylor explaining things I was unsure of. Taylor was great to work with and had the whole thing done in an hour while I was at work. He even offered to deliver the truck to my house in Buffalo. I’d recommend Taylor to anyone.
