Poor customer satisfaction

I am very frustrated with the lack of professionalism and lack of honest customer service I have received from this company. It has been 8 months since I purchase a computer and flashing of said part for my truck through Joe Hall Ford. The part came with a 2 year warranty. My truck has not run from day one. It took two months to convince them something was wrong. Diagnostics were run showing the computer was still not working. Ford stated they ordered a new computer and then nothing. I have been to the shop several time and Ford tells me that the reason that they can't get another is because the Ford Company has not gotten any computers turned in for rebuild that will work for my truck.The Ford manufacturer has been out of and has no idea OF WHEN they will have it. The computer is the same computer that is in all trucks of this model from the years 01 thru 07. All I want is what I paid for from day one this new rebuild computer was a failure. I went back to see about a refund and was told by Ryan the head service writer that he could not refund my money because it is on a warranty part even though I bought this computer and had it flashed at this dealer. I feel it is only reasonable that after 8 months I would like for my truck to be running. This kind of service could be costing me a lot of money if I were dependent upon my truck to get me back and forth to work or I needed it to perform my job. RYAN has been very difficult to work with and has provided very poor customer service skill. Highly disappointed with the unprofessional service and attitude of this company. Next time I will choose to go else where in order to get what I paid for. Very disappointing to know this is the quality of service receive locally here in our valley!

Awful internet sales team. Dont deal with Travis.

Ready to purchase a 2018 f350 had 45k ro put down ,should have been a easy sale. Was ok with price just need to price add-ons since I was flying from Alaska to pick up vehicle. Seemed great. Travis was in contact and seemed to on it but didnt get a call for 2 days just texted of wrong vehicle and bar pictures. To make matters worse get random text telling vehicle has sold and a inappropriate picture. Sad I served my country for 21 years and get better service in foreign countries. Thanks for nothing.
