Our salesperson, Rodney Hutson, made this transaction as seamless and easy as possible. I talked to him over the phone, he gave me the car numbers to look up online, we came in, and within hours we were in our new Bronco, and he had taken over our TWO car payments. We have had service here before, and they were great. Now I will be buying all our cars there also!! And we LOVE our 2023 Ford Bronco Big Bend. My wife has that top down all the time. Bryan in a no haggle fashion, constructed a purchase of a new truck that was ?a deal I could not refuse?. Nick worked to get all paper work together so that actual ?paper time?, 10 minutes. Ryan in new car department had a couple more papers and keys, and Boom, I was driving home in my new truck. I have had all my service done at Mike Castrucci in Alexandria, Ky on my previous trucks?.
