Used 'bait and switch' to sell a higher priced vehicle.

Used 'bait and switch' to sell a higher priced vehicle. Ran a diagnostic test on a vehicle they already owned and told buyer it needed a catalytic convertor among a myriad of other things. Then showed a vehicle that was $2,000. more.

Drove down to Mike Castrucci Ford of Alexandria to test

Drove down to Mike Castrucci Ford of Alexandria to test drive a VW eGolf in our tired 2012 Nissan Leaf, knowing we’d need to charge up while on site. Yeah? NO. Both “free” EV chargers attached to the main building were deliberately blocked off by massive EVs, one of which no one seemed know who owned it. The other was a dealer’s car. We trusted our sales rep to get our’s plugged in and charging while we test driving. Didn’t happen. A trickle charge did literally noting. Seriously frustrating and xxxx near hostile when it came to finally getting someone to move the dealer’s vehicle. Now I’m reading the fine print and not trusting ANY rural Ford dealership to actually have an “available” charging station. Sad that FORD dealerships don’t want to support actual customers or combatting climate change.

Love my new Edge. Great experience buying it and now driving it! Plan on sticking with Ford until I don't drive anymore. Would go back to Ryan!

Took my 2020 f150 here for transmission issues.

Took my 2020 f150 here for transmission issues. It was still under Ford's power train warranty. They supposedly fixed it. Called a few weeks later to explain that the issue was not fixed. They told me it would be another 4 months before they could look at it again. They did say if I wanted to drop my truck off they could try to squeeze it in but it would be a minimum 3 weeks before they could look at it and I would be without a vehicle until. Ridiculous that they didn't fix it the first time and expected me to just be without a vehicle for weeks or wait another 4 months.
