My relationship with Norris Ford started with an internet

My relationship with Norris Ford started with an internet request for more information about a 2024 Ford Raptor they had. Within 10 minutes of submitting my request I was called by a Sales Representative, Stan Ma. He provided answers to all my questions, and I ended up placing a deposit on the truck. When we arrived a Norris Ford to complete the sales transaction, Stan’s personality and professionalism put us at ease. He provided detailed descriptions of the trucks systems and capabilities and assisted in getting it set up for us. When we were handed off to the Finance Manager, Lee Walker, we continued to be impressed. As we were pre-approved for a loan, he focused on describing each of the extended warranty options and didn’t push back when we decided on the plan that met our needs. This was the easiest vehicle purchase that we have ever made. The Norris team was very professional and personable. We will highly recommend Norris to our family and friends, especially if they are considering the purchase of a specialty vehicle with no dealer markup.

I took my time to go to the agreed appointment and only

I took my time to go to the agreed appointment and only to realize that the car Hyundai Elantra SEL Blue has damage to the rear of the bumper, at first the sales agent who assisted me told me that they had not noticed the damage and I accepted it, without However, when we reviewed the numbers and who the repair was from, sales agent told me that the price that the manager gave me already had a discount of 500.00 included for the damage, so it is disrespectful to me that they did not notify me in time and avoid to go there, it didn't seem fair to me because even the website doesn't show the damage to the car. The truth is, if you think that selling is your job, you should at least be honest.

Had a great experience at Norris. Wilson was outstanding, very knowledgeable of the vehicles and has wonderful personality. Wilson made my husband and I fee very comfortable so much so that my husband my husband would have purchase a vehicle and he wasn't even looking. Wilson helped in finding a not only a great vehicle, but a purchase price that comfortably fit into my budget. Wilson is an Amazing salesman and made the experience excellent. Top #1 Salesman for Recommendation on my list. Thank you

Had a great experience at Norris. Stan was excellent , very knowledgeable and a great personality. We have been using Norris for years and will continue to. Service dept got my car ready pretty quickly and was on my way.

Sales department is great.

Sales department is great. I just bought my thid new car from Norris Ford and I appreciate the time and effort my sales rep Elijah Schlesinger gave in order for me to get the vehicle I wanted. I have been a customer of Norris Ford starting in 2009 when I bought my first Ford from them. Many thanks!

I went there to purchase a vehicle for my wife and our 4

I went there to purchase a vehicle for my wife and our 4 children. I lest them know I was going to be deploying soon and I wanted to make sure my family had a good safe vehicle while I was gone. They said the vehicle was safe and had just been Maryland state inspected and passed with no issues- even though I never received an inspection report. I told them that I would like to purchase the vehicle but I wanted to make sure it had a warranty. They told me that they could sell me a 3yr 36,000 mile warranty that will cover all major components as well as roadside assistance and towing and rental car. I wound up purchasing the vehicle as well as the warranty. It was a 2017 expedition. I took it home and my wife drove it the next day and called me and said something is wrong, it's shaking violently. I took it to my mechanic and asked him to redo the inspection and check the entire vehicle. He sent me a report and it needed multiple things. one of them was a front wheel bearing! I called the warranty company and they sent out an inspector and he confirmed the mechanics findings. Then said the issues would not be covered because they were preexisting and the dealer should have never sold the vehicle like that! Keep in mind at this time I had the vehicle less than 5 days and 300 miles. So far they are not going to do anything about this. I do have the Maryland State Police inspector involved now. Way to take advantage of those that wear the uniform. I will make sure I tell all of my military friends to never purchase a car here. Absolutely despicable!
