I have purchased many vehicles with Oliver Ford in Plymouth Indiana. I have never been disappointed with a purchase. Everybody is always really nice. Most recently I helped my daughter buy a new ford bronco at Oliver. Scott, our sales guy, was just awesome! My daughter really liked him as well. He was very professional and respectful. Thank you for being so kind to us Scott! This dealership is grade A. I would recommend Oliver Ford to anyone shopping for a vehicle. John Oliver is their owner/president. Really nice guy. He is very honest. The kind of guy you can trust. Always has a smile on his face. I wanted to thank you sir for all the good experiences I have had with your dealership! John Eisemann was the gentleman who helped us with the financing part. Thank you sir for helping us put together such a good purchase. Was told they had to replace PCM pin.
Was told they had to replace PCM pin. I spoke to a mechanic that has worked on Fords for many years. He told me the alternator should have been replaced as well. I did not receive any print out of what was all replaced on my car. To my knowledge it was just the pin. My understanding is if alternator not replaced then after awhile I can probably expect the pin to fail again. So I can expect an expensive fix after my car is off warranty

Oliver expedited my repairs during the holidays after
Oliver expedited my repairs during the holidays after receiving two flat tires and needing alignment work. I am extremely grateful for them helping me with such a quick turn around! Fantastic staff! I look forward to going back in the future for additional service and shopping for another vehicle!

Very good service had a recall they can to me and plugged
Very good service had a recall they can to me and plugged the truck in and did the service in my driveway even though there is a different ford dealership in my town.

While travelling from South Bend, IN to Indianapolis, IN...
While travelling from South Bend, IN to Indianapolis, IN for business, the left turn signal on my F150 began blinking erratically. Just north of Plymouth, IN I noticed a Ford dealership sign, so I stopped at the dealership and met with Mike Friar, a service advisor. He said he thought the issue was a burned out tail light bulb and had me pull into the service area. Mike and a mechanic removed the tail light assembly, which took about 15 minutes, and replaced the bulb which remedied the issue. When I asked how much I owed, Mike said he was happy to help me and there was no charge. As I drove away from the dealership, I thought about all of the doom and gloom we're subjected to through media and social outlets, and I realized we are surrounded by wonderful people like Mike and the mechanic. Oliver Ford is truly blessed to have employees like Mike and his mechanic.
