Repair

The repair work was completed in a timely manner. I am a bit disappointed in the fact that my bill was almost $700 for the repairs. When I arrived home that same day there was a flyer from Ford for some coupons which I would have been happy to have used towards this repair. My repair consisted of an oil change, tire rotation, replace brake pads and rotors. The coupons I received were for $20 off a brake repair and 15% off of a maintenance request. I am wondering if there is any way that I may be refunded the amount that the coupons would have been worth had I had them when I dropped my vehicle off that same day? I can provide you with the coupons. I would appreciate your assistance with my request. Thank you.

auto repair

State College Ford has been servicing my 2010 F150 Raptor for 4 years. Awesome service,excellent competent machanics and the owner is exceptional! He often offers a ride home in his own truck;rarely offered by other auto dealers!The service is prompt,competetive and appropriate.They should expand their dealership!

Courteous, helpful service

The Staff was courteous and helpful, and the service work was done while I waited and was fairly prompt. I purchased this used Ford Five-Hundred at SC Ford, and have always returned for the Oil Change. I was also able to review /discuss some other possible issues with this vehicle.
