Great facilities !!!

I called for an appointment for an Inspection and Oil change. I was given a date, one day later and said I would wait on my vehicle. Service was done TIMELY and explained fully. I am very pleased !!

The perfect car dealership!

As always the staff at State Colleg Ford provided exemplary service. Our Escape was in for state inspection this time, but we have always had an excellent experience in all our dealings with the State College Ford dealership!

Incomplete

My check engine light came on and I wanted it checked out. They informed me my gas tank was too full to run a test and to bring my vehicle back when the gas was almost gone to complete the test. I will try to bring it back, but I am going on a long distance trip next week and will be gone for two weeks.

Great Service

I called for an appointment and was put on the schedule for the very next day. I dropped the car off that morning, caught a ride to work with the shuttle and actually got to work early!! The shuttle driver, Don, called me and set up a ride back to the dealership at lunch time, delaying his own lunch to get me there when it suited me. My car was ready, I paid, picked up my car and got back to work in no time at all. Great service by all involved.
