My husband and I drove a distance to trade a car at Team Ford in Denison. Our experience was extremely positive and very smooth. We had completed most of information over the phone and through emails and so when we got to the dealership, we drove the Infinity, they drove my trade, both were happy and we signed on the dotted line. They had the paperwork ready and gave us a very fair deal. The vehicle was clean and everything we wanted and more! I LOVE MY Infinity and would highly recommend the fine folks at this dealership!

Professional customer service! Contacted them about the car we were interested in, when we arrived it was freshly washed and ready to test drive. They made us a fair offer on our trade in and before we knew it we were on our way home with my new to me vehicle.

From the initial phone call to driving off the lot with my Ford Escape, it was one wonderful contact after another. I am as picky a customer as you get when it comes to the used car buying game. I am 70 miles from this dealer so we did most of the leg work by phone. When we did arrive at the dealership, everything that we agreed upon happened as it should. Very friendly small town feel with big city results. Loved the experience, thanks everyone!
