Write a reviewContacted them, next day got an e-mail that they would be back with me soon. I told them what car I was looking at and asked for some pictures...and nothing happened. A couple of weeks later, another e-mail from them, same thing from me...and nothing happened. Can't recommend them at all.

I was looking for a F150 4x4 with very low miles. Found a F150 lariat on the dealerships website with 13000 miles for 37,900. Went there the next day and found the vehicle loaded with numerous old soda bottles with chewing tobacco spit in them. About a dozen empty moist snuff cans in the console and a few other personal items. I assumed I had been shown the wrong vehicle but then was informed that the vehicle was being used by the service manager for his commute back and forth from home to work. I acquired the key and observed the mileage was now 26k not 13k. The sales person advised they'd have it cleaned up. After looking over the vehicle i took it for a short test drive and inquired about the price. I insisted the price could not be the same as the mileage was double what was advertised. They offered to reduce the price by 500.00. I left the dealership. The following day after speaking to the sales person again, they offered 1k off the original price for the additional 13,000 miles that was on the truck. I reluctantly agreed and the deal was done. I drove the truck very little over the next 3 weeks due to my job and also never took it off road. I noticed a humming sound when i drove the truck and decided to have it looked at. The dealership offered me a loaner of far less comfort than my vehicle while it was in the shop. The truck stayed in the shop for over 2 months. 2 MONTHS! They replaced so many parts on the truck's drive train it was hard to believe the problem wasn't discovered sooner. My loaner started having mechanical problems while in use. When I finally went to get my truck, it was making even more noises so i abruptly returned it within 10 minutes of driving and got another loaner. another week later, the truck was finally ready. I paid two full months of truck notes to the finance company and all while my vehicle set in the Vaughn shop. I inquired if i would be reimbursed since I started paying for my new vehicle 2 months before i received it and they told me that the would not reimburse for any vehicle with over 12k miles. Once i received my vehicle, i found a large gouge in the passenger mirror that was not there before. They advised they would arrange for it to be repaired but would not replace the mirror with a new one. I am afraid legal action will be required. The only positive was the professionalism and patience of their Service Manager Mike. This incident not only ruined my opinion of Vauhn but also ruined what I expected to be an enjoyful and happy purchase of a great vehicle that i had long been waiting to purchase.

Just purchased a 2018 GT350 from Vaughn Ford. I live in Texas and did all of the negotiating via phone or email. Thanks to the experience of the team there the whole process was very easy and painless. Wendy in Sales was very responsive and quick to get any answers to questions I had. Will did an excellent job with the Finance and Warranty process. He offered competitive rates/pricing. Harold did a great job delivering the car on time and showed great care to it. Definitely one of the better experiences I’ve had when purchasing a car.

Bought a certified used Ford. The worst car I have ever owned. Absolutely the worst service department.

would you please contact me and let me know what the problem might be and what you purchased
Dropped car off to have pictures taken of rims for repair. Car was there since 9am, at 2:30 I needed my vehicle for a very important business meeting. Thought only taking pictures wouldn't take that long. Go up there and the car is still where I parked it and no pictures had been taken. Woman that takes pictures wasn't even in that day so I'm unsure why they'd make me come in for just that if the one person that had to look at my car was not there. Was never called to come get my car or tell me she wasn't there. Picked car up at 3 very upset and late for meeting.
