I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from Viva Ford. My vehicle was in their possession from July 24 through December 19 for a FordPass issue, and no work was completed during that time. While the former service manager, Mr. Marrufo, initially provided weekly updates, communication completely stopped after his departure. Repeated calls only resulted in vague statements such as “we’re working on it”, with no progress or clear explanation. I spoke to Josh and, on occasion, spoke to the "GM" Bill Torres and his statement was "Don't worry, it'll be fixed". Are you serious? You call this "Customer Service" On December 19, my vehicle was returned to my home by the "Service Manager", that I never spoke to, who is very rude, no manners whatsoever, and EXTREMELY unprofessional. He didn't even ring the door bell! His name was Mike Sorenson. He actually yelled, from outside, "Hello"? He's the Manager?? Keeping my vehicle for nearly five months with no resolution and ending the experience this way is unacceptable. I would NOT RECOMMEND Viva Ford, to ANYONE, based on this experience.

Went to look at a truck they were advertising.

Went to look at a truck they were advertising. We were on the property for a solid 30 minutes and not one person ever gave us their attention. When we found the vehicle advertised, it looked like someone took it out for the weekend and did not clean it. There was trash and dirt all over the back seat. I will not ever buy a vehicle here. It was clear nobody cared, and, their reviews speak for themself. I should have read them before driving the distance to see it. Very disappointed.

Add $10k to any advertised price.

The salesman was very helpful, followed up, and overall was very pleasant. The dealer, however, has always had shady practices on the money side and they are currently advertising false prices on their vehicles. I've tried to do business with them half a dozen times, hoping that with my own financing I could mitigate the finance manager's sketchy ethics, but I just can't. They are still doing Q3 2022 era market adjustments, but aren't very transparent about it.

Add $10k to any advertised price.

False advertisement look out

False advertisement Keep showing cars in stock but no cars are available They don’t update website and or cars .com Been looking for a vehicle and search their website and cars app Unit shows in stock but not available for a while they keep it there to hook more people on pre orders

Worst Ford dealership in town

Don’t purchase anything there! Bought out my lease in February 2022 and its now been over 60 days and still don’t have permanent plates. Had to go to the DMV to renew the temporaries. Viva gives you the runaround and doesn’t return calls. The overall purchase was a bad experience from the beginning and will NEVER purchase another vehicle there.

Done in el paso

Had a great salesman and I thought I was in good hands, but the first time I tried to use the service (paid 500 for nitro air) they told me to go to a gas station and air it up myself. The service lady told me I was due for my 15 thousand mile service, so I took it in and when I picked up the truck 6hours later they gave me a list of parts to service my truck myself, wow then the rear end was making a weird noise so I took it in and they told me to leave it and in about 6weeks they could look at it, I then went to the finance department and they said you don’t have any warranty, I said yes I do and brought in my contract to prove it and he laughed, and said you gave up all warranties when you took the end of the year discounts! Wow never heard that before so I calf ford industry and they sent me to casa ford who did a great job doing warranty work. I traded it in on a 2021 ford truck at casa and they gave me a letter to get my unused extended warranty back, Ford said they sent the money to viva ford 6 months ago and viva will not give me my money back, Ford did give me a check for 250 dollars because viva ford did such a horrible job, go anywhere but viva!

Very disappointed

Traded in my truck and they wouldn?t let me remove my stereo. They said they had to do it. So we agreed on a day for me to come back and when I did they already sold the truck along with my stereo. Salesman said. Ooopps sorry. Bad customer service.

AC Service Repair

My AC went out on a Saturday afternoon and I was leaving town on Thursday of the following week. Took the truck in first thing Monday morning. Octavio the service manager was awesome. I explained the situation that I needed my truck back by Thursday. Truck was covered by extended warranty. Octavio was awesome to get the warranty to cover parts and have inspector come look at the truck. Octavio had my ac working great and out the door on Thursday. Great costumer service.
