Purchased a vehicle from the dealership after months of search. Left the dealership and realized that it did not have my #1 required feature. I tried to return the vehicle next day sitting that it did not have my number one feature that I have been looking for months. I told them that I was relying on my sales team to vet that it had the features I was looking for still declined my request for a return. Their response was. "We didn't force you to buy it" Buyer beware.

Our experience at Wickstrom Lincoln was the best car shopping experience we've ever had. From the moment we were greeted by Robinson with a friendly smile on his face, we felt comfortable. He asked what our preferred features were, explained how to operate the vehicles, and let us test drive them. I really feel he should get paid extra for letting a 74 year old female driver take the wheel during the rain! He was knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and, oh, those blue eyes. All kidding aside, Robinson was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Kelsey was just as knowledgeable with the financial end. She was efficient and left no questions unanswered. All in all, this was pretty much a perfect transaction. We wouldn't hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Wickstrom should we ever need one. We will highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a vehicle. I left with the car of my choice and a smile on my face the entire drive home.
