This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with.
This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I bought a very gently used Genesis with a matte paint color and nobody bothered to tell me I would need to hand wash it, nor did they transition the ownership properly nor provide me with the special wash kit. I will never deal with them again!!!

Seems normal?
Seems normal? I bought a car as is and I’m not sure I made the right choice. Also, my driver’s seat was broken while Gettel Hyundai installed tint and buffed out scratches on the car. I have yet to have this repair completed but I’m working with Jorge.

Jim is the only salesman that I've ever seen that
Jim is the only salesman that I've ever seen that actually knew what was on the lot and what it cost and in what range we were looking where to take us. The only thing I did not like and will not be using the service department for any reason whatsoever is I had an appointment brought the car in an hour before the appointment time dropped it off 2 days for me to get my car back. Do not understand why we even make an appointment when the service department told me that even if you have an appointment, it could be 10 days before your car gets seen. What kind of sense does that make. And when I called up there trying to find out what was going on with my car. Nobody knew where it was who had it. Who was going to call me back. I left multiple messages with it. The service department never heard anything back and then all of a sudden the sales guy is calling me to tell me stuff that the service door department should have been telling me. So yeah total confusion. Nobody knew what the other was doing. So if you go there to buy a car just I just wouldn't deal with the service department
