Genesis of St. Charles

We recently purchased a Genesis GV80 from Milan Venezia @ St. Charles Genesis. Milan was very patient and accommodating with our search. After we had been researching on our own he found the perfect match in a timely manner. Milan guided us in the negotiations and found the best way for us to take advantage of several Genesis allowances they offer. Nathan was a rock star training us with all the technology and accessories the Genesis has to offer. Love our new Genesis and would highly recommend Milan Venezia and the entire team at St. Charles Genesis.

The team was friendly, courteous, professional and knowledgeable.

Went infor a recall on my g70 and it was done in a timely manner,however i waited 40min for service I walked around lot looking at cars and really wanted to test an EV but not one salesman came out. Very disapointing. Then I had a minor problem on Automatic cruise control that service manager tried to remedy but to no avail so I traded it in on an american car next day.
