Everyone was pleasant and helpful. Mike the service mgr understood my point of view regarding the form. Said he would look into it.

Appointment was for 1:00 and we were told it would take an hour. The car was not ready for us until 2:45. Whoever changed the oil apparently splashed it as there was an oil puddle on our garage floor that we noticed a few days later when we moved the car out and left it on the driveway. Customer service representatives were courteous and helpful.
