Very good service thank you

Wife called me in a panic said her equinox just died at a stoplight wouldn?t start, Car finally started got home I?m star diagnostics of the battery was going called you folks you had a battery we went up there and the battery installed and outdoors in an hour my wife is on her way back to work thank you had my2021 camaro ss1le for an all change your folks honored at 8 quart coupon Even though Mike even thoughmy car takes 10 quarts so thank you recently moved to Sebring both my Chevys will be back at your dealerships when they need work thank you again

Best in class!

Phil and David were great to work with. Phil made sure I was kept up to date on all of the work being done to my Corvette and David did an incredible job installing my new exhaust and intake. I always bring my vehicles to Alan Jay for all of my needs even though I have several other Chevrolet dealerships closer to my home. A great job at a fair price is always worth the drive.

Great dealership with pleasant staff

I located a truck via the internet and called to inquire, the sales staff was very honest and helpful. They gave me confidence to drive over an hour and a half to see the truck. I left in a new-to-me quality vehicle with the confidence that I paid a fair price and will return to do business in the future. Thanks to Rachel and Mark for working with me and making it a pleasant experience.

Slow serive

Appointment was for 1:00 and we were told it would take an hour. The car was not ready for us until 2:45. Whoever changed the oil apparently splashed it as there was an oil puddle on our garage floor that we noticed a few days later when we moved the car out and left it on the driveway. Customer service representatives were courteous and helpful.
