I had a positive experience. I found the car I was looking for. Online negotiated the price with the sales team via web and over the phone. Then came in. The documents were ready, made the payment and walked out the door all within less than an hour. Great experience

Bought a used vehicle and lights came on the dash the same day. They were going to look into it and I never heard back from them. Vehicle should’ve been serviced and inspected before sold
