My return home drive to Pittsburgh from Carrolton was uneventful, due to Huebner’s cautious and thorough inspection and upgrading of all auto functions prior to selling the car to me. Although it rained, the wiper blades were smooth and clearly new, providing me great visibility the long drive, which I made on fuel Huebner kindly filled into the tank prior to my arrival. The ride was comfortable on the new tires Huebner provided, and the spotless condition the car was turned over to me, was gratifyingly consistent with the way I personally maintain my own vehicles. Everything Vickie Grindstaff told me about the car over the phone was true down to the seat repair correctly executed. The time she took to answer my questions during the initial phase of research, and even test-driving the car for me to avoid an unnecessary visit, helped seal the deal. Vickie thoughtfully contacted me prior to our scheduled appointment to obtain personal information including an insurance card which I had my underwriter email out. With all details in hand, she arranged a coordinated show-room and purchase visit that exceeded all expectations. This was the first time buying from Huebner, but likely not the last!

In 2013 we bought our first new Subaru a Crosstrek. Yesterday we bought our second and upgraded to a Forester. I have to say the first was an excellent car. Pretty much oil changes, one set of brakes front and rear, one set of tires in 119K miles. Only issues we had both rear wheel bearings replaced and 1 recall. She has loved this car since day one and it was a bit of a struggle for here to move to a slightly larger vehicle. We both are impressed with this Forester. The changes in technology in 7 years is quite different. This vehicle is quite amazing for the price point. If you are in the market for a compact SUV then this one certainly needs to be on your short list to test drive. Also Rob Forbes is our go to guy at Huebner. We bought from him in 13 and now 20. Good guy to deal with. The facility and staff are about right in the middle between where we live and Byers in Columbus. The small town atmosphere and no pressure buying experience is worth it. Your not a number in line to get to see your sales person. Rob worked us and one other person and sold 2 cars yesterday. ON HIS DAY OFF! So if you are in the market for a quality car Subaru should be on the short list to test drive and Huebner in Carrolton Ohio is less than a tank full of gas away from most anywhere in Ohio.

Shane and Brady were Both Fantastic. They listened to what I wanted and required without trying High Pressure sales. Best I have ever dealt with! VERY Happy with dealing with both. HIGHLY RECOMMEND DEALER AND SALES REPS!

Josh Cole (General Manager), Vicki and Brady (Sales), and Teri (Service Advisor) were excellent. I purchased a used vehicle that had a couple problems. While there isn't an excuse for the oversights, they were certainly understandable in light of the current national circumstances (1 month closure d/t COVID-19). Regardless, they were incredibly accommodating. There was complete transparency. They, also, didn't just throw things at me to try to make us happy. They tried to HELP and they DID! They truly embodied the fact that greatness is not a function of circumstance. Greatness, is largely a matter of conscious choice. They CHOSE to help and were effective at it. I will CERTAINLY return here for future purchases and if I were in this field, this would be a place I would want to work.

First time dealing with huebner and I must say it was exceptional ! Will shop there again ! Julie was great keeping me informed on a vechile I was looking at ! A

Huebner has a beautiful facility. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Vickie, who I dealt with, was great with communication and helped make my first time buying a car very easy to accomplish. The only issue I had with this buying experience was how terribly dirty the car I bought was. I don’t know if maybe they don’t detail used cars that they have on the lot, but ANYTHING would have been better than what I saw when I opened up this car. They did not detail one thing. Someone please feel free to let me know if this is common with used vehicles. But they did not wipe any dirt away, they did not clean any crack or crevice, and they for sure did not ever take a vacuum to the inside of this car. Streaks and marks all over the windows. And if they did wipe up anything on the interior I would have bet my life that they were lying to me. Two weeks later and I’m still finding dried liquid stains and dirt marks all over the inside. Not to mention all of the hair and dirt that was left laying behind. I drove 3 hours from Pennsylvania to buy the car and they didn’t even attempt to clean the inside at all. It was very disappointing. Spent the last two weeks I have had it cleaning one thing after the other. I could understand it being a little dirty since it was used, but this was embarrassing and as a dealer I just could not see how they just let this all go.

I found the 2020 Chrysler Pacifica on cars.com and contacted Kira via gmail. She was very helpful and did everything she said she would in a timely manner. Generally very satisfied with my purchase
