After a little bit of a bumpy start, the people at Huebner's , especially Brittany and Joe, were very accommodating! They were pleasant and a joy to work with. The buying transaction went smoothly, and so far we are happy with our Forester!

I bought a used vehicle recently. Kira assisted me through the purchase. I will say that I tried to negotiate the price down via email and text but she would not budge. Eventually she came down a little in price but not where I wanted. But I really wanted the vehicle so i went to see it anyway. Once I got there she was great throughout the process. She gave me the kegs and told me to go drive. The buying process was painless enough. My only slight complaint is that the vehicle could have been cleaned up a little better. They may have rushed it since I was sitting and waiting. But I purchased a good vehicle.

I recently leased a new Outback at Huebner. They made the procedure very easy. They were able to get me the vehicle that I requested.

First the positive. The buying experience with Vicki was hassle free. That is where the positive ends. Shortly after purchasing my truck I had to replace the tires, the power steering pump, the idler pulley, the harmonic balancer, and the belt tensioner. Grand total $3000.00. Now the transmission is failing. When I reached out to Vicki she said she would have service reach out to me. 5 days later and no contact. Now I can get no response from anyone including Vicki. I understand the concept of buyer beware, but when you buy a used vehicle from a dealer you expect to have some level of comfort that the vehicle has been looked over and issues have been addressed. The power steering pump was leaking fluid everywhere. They surely knew based on the fluid in their lot or an inspection of the undercarriage. I did not haggle on the price of the truck or my trade in value. I just wanted a simple transaction with some security that the truck would be reliable. I am extremely disappointed.

Vicky had 2 cars ready for us to test drive a Traverse and a Subaru Assent. We chose the Traverse. we stayed with the Traverse after having driving both.
