Huebner Subaru

I purchased a Subaru Crosstrek and it was my first Subaru and my first experience at this dealership. Everyone was very helpful and it was easy and even fun to do business with them. It took about an hour to get there but it was after a snowstorm and following a salt truck. It snowed all the way home and my new Subaru did not have any issues. I even passed several stranded vehicles and finally arrived in the Ohio Valley to find I 70 shut down due to wrecks. I feel confident that my Subaru will take me anywhere in any conditions.

Had a great experience purchasing a vehicle from Huebner. Courteous and professional salesman. Great overall experience. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from them. Very large selection and I found the vehicle I had been looking for at a great price!

I do not recommend this dealer for a few reasons. 1. The wait to meet with a sales rep was extensive and even after I had an appointment I spent over 4 hours there. 2. I bought a car and repairs were agreed to be fixed. I made an appointment for the repairs and was told upon arrival that the parts weren’t there. I have had my car for about 2 months and I am still driving around with a mirror that is duck taped on. Service department is hard if not impossible to get a hold of and sales person was unprofessional after the completion of the sale texting me her personal issues as an excuse in not getting everything completed. Don’t make a 23k mistake like I did! Go elsewhere!
