Bryan Hargett was very knowledgeable when it came to buying my new 4 Runner. Deal was quick and easy, the way it should be! He went beyond the call of duty however when he ripped the back of his shirt out on pavement while break dancing in an attempt to show this customer his excitement of her new Toyota purchase. Keep up the good work Bryan!

Alfonso helped our family and was very patient in allowing us to view multiple vehicles, although we didn't end up purchasing a vehicle - we had a wonderful experience and when things get better with the state of the world, we will be sure to come back and purchase from Alfonso!

Just got outrageously scammed by the service department at Toyota Durango. We were charged 1.8 hours ($200) PER AXLE to replace breaks. Almost 4 hours of labor ($400) for an average workload of 1-2 hours, especially for professionals. We will NOT be bringing our vehicles here anymore. They didn’t even have the car for more than 2.5 hours after they let us know what needed to be done. Very disappointed overall.

I recently had my vehicle serviced at Durango Toyota. The service was excellent from the moment I was greeted by Eddie . He greeted me with a smile and offering something to drink or snack as well as giving me options to wait or be shuttled somewhere. He was very helpful and courteous and the service was done within the estimated time he gave me which was very appreciated. Best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. Everyone was kind and professional.

Fantastic - Jordan Stanley did a terrific job of figuring out what vehicle we needed and an absolutely outstanding job of showing us what all the buttons and knobs are used for when we picked up our new Tacoma. It could not have been better!

My wife and I drove in late one afternoon and were met by Tyler Pritt. He stayed late in order for us to test drive a 2021 Rav4 Hybrid… that we now call ours. Tyler’s communication and help was far exceeded our expectations, and he made the buying process smooth and easy.
