I purchased a new 2020 Rav 4 from Durango Motor Company. I travelled from Albuquerque NM to get it. Well worth the journey! Jarrod provided excellent service. I couldn't be more satisfied!

Their sales pitch is that they don't negotiate because the cars they are selling are the best possible price. Typical car sales....NOTE: the way that they manipulate you is through the trade-in value of your old car. A different sales person comes and gives all kinds of reasons why your car isn't worth that much, and beats you down on price for the trade-in. Considering we paid cash for our car, you'd think they'd be a little more generous in the price we paid. They hardly had to do any work for the deal!

Very good experience, no pressure. Conan was great helping pick what would fit my budget. Every one at Durango Value was established especially friendly and helpful. Worked well together as a team.
