Servicing of my vehicle took place in a timely manner and the car was washed and returned to me looking better than when I brought it in! No complaints!!

Everyone at Malouf Cadillac are very nice to deal with! My salesman Ron Miller was great. There was an issue with the On Star hookup in my SRX and Jennine in Service was so helpful with getting the problem corrected and kept me informed. I would highly recommend this dealership!!!!

I usually do not go to dealership service except recalls but I go to malouf all the time.had a problem with front camera.it was reset but went out again.chris had to order the part.he knew I was going away and fit me in when the camera came in ,gave me a loaner so I didn't miss any appointments I had and checked car out for my long trip to Texas! I walk in and everybody knows my name just like cheers!
