Although the highest rating is 5 stars, I would give John Marfoglio a 10! I purchased my third Cadillac from Malouf last week, and once again the experience exceeded my expectations. Joe has been phenomenal throughout the entire process—his customer service is truly five-diamond quality. John has an incredible knowledge of Cadillac vehicles and their technology. When I couldn't get my OnStar, door locks, or Apple CarPlay to work (completely user error on my part!), John was incredibly patient, took the time to walk me through everything, and quickly resolved all of my concerns. Gold Standard! That is the feeling a customer receives from their Sales, Service and Finance teams. I recently had my Tahoe serviced while purchasing a new Equinox. In both cases, the staffs were nothing but professional at every level. Additionally, both the showroom and service area would leave anyone with a great impression. The showroom is well polished and the service area immaculate. Although hard to imagine, the people who serviced me and my wife were even better. The staff clearly know their products and could explain in detail without any hard sell pressure. They clearly have a solid recipe where the customer experience is top rated the minute you walk through the door…even for service.
