Quality dealership from start to finish

We just can't say enough good about the customer service we received from Dennis Giles and all the staff that helped us with our recent purchase. Even though it took a while from initial research to final trip to the dealership, Dennis was patient with us sending us pertinent info and a great selection of what was available out there Not too pushy but ready to help whenever we finally were ready to make a decision. Once we arrived, Dennis was with another customer and asked Britain Hayes to help us. He was, again, very patient and worked with us to ensure we got exactly what we wanted (and more). We have dealt with Milton Ruben before and will do so again and again.

Great experience done right by professionals

This was the best car buying experience we've ever had. It felt like Mike and the rest of the staff were going to do whatever they possibly could to get us in the car we wanted. It wasnt just about selling a car but getting us the features we wanted plus more. Everyone was friendly and they actually listened to our request and stayed in those parameters. highly recommend Milton Ruben along with Mike and the rest of the staff to anyone looking to purchase a car.

Serendipitous thanks from Athens Ga!

We agree with all the positive reviews here regarding Milton Ruben. In particular we?d like to recognize Larry Shuler for a wonderful car buying experience. In our case, we did all of our shopping online during a very busy and competitive car selling season. We knew what we wanted as we began our process of searching for the highest quality vehicle for the best price. Mr. Shuler responded immediately to our inquiry. We went through many rounds of Q&A for several days negotiating a variety of points with several sellers of the similar vehicle until every other dealer stopped responding to our questions. In retrospect, its funny how all the other dealers, one by one, just quit returning our emails. Larry stayed with us patiently and competitively all the way to the end. That's when we knew we had found the right vehicle, the best price and a very good person to help us with our purchase. We drove from Athens Ga, to Augusta and discovered Milton Ruben?s facilities are huge. Their whole process is very organized, clean, and comfortable. When I'm ready to buy another car, I will call Larry first.

Awesome Experience

I found a 2011 Honda CRV over the weekend and knew it was the car for me. I came to the showroom around 6:30 p.m. yesterday and was pulling out in my new car around 8:15 p.m. Such a great and smooth experience. Patrica Dupeire was my salesperson and she made the process so much easier than I could have ever imagined. I was greeted at the door when I pulled up and was promptly taken to meet with Patricia. I also want to acknowledge Andy in financing, he made the experience very smooth for myself as well. Go see them all, you will not be disappointed! BTW, the facilities are so nice!!

I was shopping for a 2015 Camry XLE and had talked with several dealers when I got on line to check with Milton Ruben Toyota. Within a very short time I got a call from Ms. Patricia Dupeire, a sales associate who pulled up the Camry that I was looking at. She told me that she would go to her sales manager and call me right back with a price, and she did. We drove down to Milton Ruben the next day and drove home in a new Camry and are thrilled with our purchase. The whole process was made very pleasant by everyone at Milton Ruben Toyota and we look forward to our association with the whole team.

New 2015 Jeep Wrangler Sport

My husband & I came in on Saturday, January 24, 2014 to look at the Jeep inventory. After test driving a 2015 Jeep Wrangler Sport, I really fell in love with the vehicle. The process of coming to an agreement on price (monthly payments), was time consuming but essentially, very easy. Mr. Shuler made every effort to accommodate my needs and to my satisfaction, we bought our first new Jeep. Jeep Service

I purchased my new 2012 Wrangler Rubicon with high hopes. Unfortunately, my initial experiences with Jeep service were disappointing. Scheduling and actually obtaining competent service seemed impossible. The call center that provided triage for service appointments was a nightmare, the Service Writers were overworked and unfocused, and the Service Manager was not engaged. I complained... frequently... but my complaints seemed to fall on deaf ears. If I found a Service Writer that I was comfortable with, the constant churn in employees ensured that Service Writer would not be working there on my next visit. I avoided Milton Ruben whenever possible. I'm happy to say that I noticed signs of improvement in the summer of 2014. I have been to the dealership twice more since, and my experience has improved with each visit. The Jeep service department appears to be under new management, with new service writers, and a new attitude. My latest experience was to find the source of multiple warning lights and malfunctioning equipment that appeared all at once. For the third consecutive visit, I had an appointment with the same Service Writer, who had actually read my problem description, and had arrived at the same conclusion as me... bad wheel speed sensor. I was prepared to spend most of my day in the service waiting room, but I was surprised to be offered a ride back to Aiken. The necessary repair was made and routine maintenance was performed to my satisfaction. I'm very happy with the direction the service department has taken since the summer of 2014. , I will not hesitate taking my Jeep there in the future, or hesitate recommending this dealer to my friends.

Deception Without Regret

My wife, son, and I drove from Athens, GA and back for almost a four hour round trip, and that was just the drive time. We were shopping for my son's first car and I worked with Mr. Giles prior to coming. I was told the 2010 Toyota Tacoma that my son was interested in was in 'good shape with a few scratches'. I told Mr. Giles we didn't want to make the long trip only to be surprised at the condition. He made a partial walk around video and sent it to me. He conveniently stopped the video before getting to the hole in the left front fender, not a scratch, but a hole you could put your finger in. I had even given my credit card to hold the vehicle until we arrived. The truck was exactly what my son wanted, but we were greatly deceived about the exterior condition. I sent emails to the internet salesman, and used car and general sales managers but never even received a response much less an apology. Maybe the strategy there is to say anything to get the customer to come in, I'm not sure. My son was very disappointed. Kind of ruined what might have been a great family memory.

We are deeply apologetic that the information about the truck in question did not reach you before you left Athens. It seems there were some technical difficulties when the salesperson attempted to send photos of the damage to the fender shortly after finishing the video you received. It was in no way an attempt to disappoint or deceive you. Still, this is no excuse for the experience you are describing.
