Despite us walking in towards the end of a busy Black Friday, we were quickly greeted and then assigned to a sales person, Patricia. She was very funny and patient throughout the experience, full of knowledge about our vehicle of interest. She did a good job answering our questions and it was refreshing to see her admit to areas she was unclear about while following up after she got clarification. She made this the fastest car purchase we have ever made. We were in and out in about 3-4 hours! Overall we had a great experience and found Milton Ruben Toyota to be a pleasant, clean, and professional dealership :)

The sales person was kind and reassuring.he talked me through the process.Was careful not to let me drive off the lot with the vehicle until it was thoroughly detailed all potential problems were addresses. Gave constant updates of the vehicle being prepared for delivery.Yes I would definitely go back to this dealership to purchase another vehicle or recommend them to a friend.

I brought my car in to have the anti-freeze checked and did so in mid-day without an appointment. Personnel responded professionally and timely. Since the150,000 mile check-up was about a week to two weeks ago, I was not charged anything. Turn aound time exceeded my expectations

I was looking for a one-owner Toyota RAV4 with a V6 engine and low mileage and found it online at Milton Ruben. The sales associate I worked with was Larry Shuler, who was knowledgeable, friendly and very efficient. After the sale, I've received several calls from Larry making sure my RAV4 met my expectations. The purchase process was very quick, the dealership and Larry had all the paperwork ready when I arrived.

Showed me all the features of the vehicle and how they worked and more. Larry was very professional and courteous during the entire transaction.
