Montana, the sales representative, followed up promptly on my online inquiry about leasing a 2025 Tiguan. He provided excellent customer service and continued to check in with me after my purchase to ensure everything was going well.

My sales rep. was Demonte V.. He is dishonest and sold a car I placed a deposit on. When I told him and Mr. Miranda that I didn't think it was the right vehicle when picking it up they both lied. Beware!! Make sure you take pictures before leaving and write down vin number. After making Mr. Duble aware of this he was not really great with customer service. I have requested to speak with the owner and they will not allow it. Terrible customer service!! Not a great experience!

Never sent paper work for sale. Was told by Victor he could not help us because finance manager was out 7 recalls Never addressed. Have to take for service , issues
