I was very pleased with everyone I talked and, or was involved. They were extremely professional and friendly and attentive. I would recommend them highly to anyone who is looking for a car. I’ve bought cars from Bergstrom over the years and I’ve been pleased with each experience..

Bought the car I wanted and didn't even have to leave my house. The new car was delivered to me and my trade in was taken back to the sealership.Everything was done by phone or the internet.

Bergstrom worked with me to find the perfect car between makes and models with the same Associate. No trying to remember which car had this and who said what. Amazing experience.

I took my car to Bergstrom for an oil change and I was treated very professionally and with concern for my comfort while I waited for my car. He came out to introduce himself, asked me to Please be seated in his office and shortly came in to explain just what would happen, asked me a few questions and took me to the waiting area and explained what was there and where it was. Very personable. Thank you.

They did a great job of taking care of us and making sure we had all the information we needed. Plus they got us a great deal with financing at a lower interest rate compared to what we were expecting!

Arrived at dealership, was able to drive right on in, and was met by Ben as I opened the car door. He was friendly and upbeat as he got me signed in and then showed me the comfy waiting area with its many amenities. He told me how long it would be, which ended up being only 5 min. off. I was really impressed, when Ben went through everything they had done and checked, it was a good feeling knowing everything was good to go. The icing on the cake was a free car wash. I was actually in a better mood when I left than when I arrived, a rare thing indeed, in this day and age.

Joe Gobin has always taken good care of my Pilot. He explains the service procedures and answers any questions I may have. I trust his advice. The service technicians have been with Bergstrom (Honda) for several years and are Honda certified. Their attention to detail is superb and is testament to not having any service related issues with my vehicle since 2019 sans a couple of recalls. Nice work guys. Looking forward to having you continue to keep my Pilot in great working order! Thank you. Side note : The coffee in the waiting area isn't bad either.........
