The dealer is very shady with the pricing. They price it low to bring you in and tack on a lot of additional fees. While at the dealer they take hours just to bring the car over. They're not very transparent in order to trap out of state buyer making a trip. On top of that after paying thousand in doc fees they still take literal months to complete a simple registration; they don't keep you in the loop or update you unless you call and ask them everyday.

I had a terrible experience with Carz4Us. I scheduled an appointment for today at 3:30 PM to see a 2016 Honda HR-V. The dealership confirmed my appointment this morning at 9 AM, so I paid for an Uber to get there and also brought my mechanic with me (at my own expense). When I arrived, they told me the car was sold yesterday. This is completely unprofessional and shows a lack of respect for the customer’s time and money. If the car was sold, they should not have confirmed the appointment today or wasted my time. I do not recommend this dealership. Be very cautious they do not communicate honestly with potential buyers.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE . The person that sold us the car his name is Danny. We expressed to him that this is our hard earn savings and how we are now a family of 3 and we need a reliable car. We trusted him he was very convincing that we are in good hands. We purchased the car last year July 2024 and not even 2 months later our engine light came on. We took it to the mechanic in Paterson and you can clearly see that this mechanic shop has a few of Carz4us vehicles there … big red flag ! The mechanic Alex told us it’s the timing issue and apparently this is a “ common issue with Chevy equinox “ something Danny failed to tell us . Like clockwork our car continues to fail us every 3 months . In November 2024, February and June 2025 I am left stranded with my 3 little ones because our car wouldn’t turn on . I called the dealership and was told someone would call me . It’s been more than 24 hrs and I have yet to receive a call back from Nico the “ manager “ . Not to mention our car is always in the shop for a week or more which means we need to spend money on a rental and never get reimbursed for It . You guys are terrible for selling me a car that IS IN POOR CONDITION!!!!!

Had a great experience at Carz4us! The team was friendly, honest, and didn’t pressure me at al which I really appreciated. They had a good selection of clean, well maintained vehicles, and everything was straightforward from start to finish. The buying process was quick, and they were super helpful answering my questions along the way. If you’re looking for a no hassle used car spot, this is the place. Would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Purchased a car 2/12/25, first red flag was them taking my phone and posting a google review, sold me the vehicle without cleaning it or putting gas in it, the old owners gym shoes were in the trunk. They charge you to ‘prepare’ the vehicle… anyway, I had to get it inspected in my state to legally drive on the road, and the vehicle failed New York State safety inspection on 2/17/25 due to the frame being ROTTED! I contacted them, on multiple occasions, finally got an email to send everything to. Made an appointment 2/24/25 to return the vehicle, just to drive the 2.5 hours for them to tell me they can’t do anything and called the cops on me. The cops said this dealer is known for this type of business. BUYER BEWARE. I’m now out $5k, 3 days of work, and a road legal vehicle!!! AVOID!!!!!!

Purchase several cars from these guys. Straight forward easy financing gave us many options. Love that use Allstate for there warranty coverage. You are in good hands!!!!!
