These people are scammers be aware sold me a car with no vin number wanted to geo in beginning the didn’t do noting now i had To hire a attorney and file complaint with Florida motor vehicle and safety

Never received any response no communication and definitely no follow up I guess they aren’t interested in giving customer service

I'm rather perplexed how anyone seems to be having a great experience selling their car with this company as my Husband has had anything but he's had plenty of interest but no call backs after that 1st call. I don't know if these sales people save contact information or not as he would never hear from these prospective buyers again which gets pretty suspicious after the fourth or fifth one. His main salesperson is Nolan but recently he's had a slew of different ones. They had until today to work out some kind of deal but nothing. Only positive he's received from this liaison really is some nice photos. Communication from this this company leaves A LOT to be desired. Not a problem collecting their fees however. Think I'll be listing my Husband's vehicle online for him instead. Least he won't have such an exorbitant commission or any monthly fees he must pay. I'll communicate any & all contact I receive as well. As I fully believe a couple of these potential buyers would have bought his vehicle but Exotic Car Traders hadn't made enough yet as he spoke to them once & they were were never mentioned ever again, even when he inquired about them & that's not acceptable.

Label exotic cars as manual when they are paddle. Not to be trusted, IMO. Also, have a car listed as an upgraded model when it isn’t.
