Very kind. Great atmosphere. Super-nice people who took their time. This dealership went WAY above and beyond what they were obligated to do. I can't tell you how grateful I was. You should go nowhere else when you want a used car. You don't see service like this very much anymore.

We purchased a jeep wrangler in mid June the Ac unit went out last week. I called them today and asked if they would fix the Ac unit the manage Bo stated the Ac unit worked fine when the truck pulled off the lot. The fact that we are in Georgia and it is hot and we have had the vehicle 3 weeks and they are not willing to fix it for free tells me all I need to know about the quality of cars and the dignity that this company has and that they do not stand behind their product . Crazy part is my Aunt planned on by a 2024 lexus from them and my daughter was going to buy a vehicle from them as well but the fact that I have to come out of my pocket to fix the Ac because I can not ride around in 90 degree plus weather with out Ac tells me that they are not the company that we thought they were previously I thought we had found a good dealership turns out we did not because a good dealership stand behind their product (vehicles) The manager didn’t care because we have had the truck for 3 weeks. Let’s be real how can I mess up an Ac unit I. That short period of the. They will not get any more of me and my families business ever again!

Bought a Subaru…they upped the price at signing…should have left then. First week, had to replace radiator hoses, all of them. Haven’t had the car a year and I’m looking for a new car! Do not buy from these people! They lie, they sell crap!

If I could. I would give them zero stars. Mondo flat out lied to me. They said they would fix my fob.. After I bought the car. They changed their minds and refuse to fix the fob. I would never by a car from them. They have no honor. They will flat lie to your face. To get you to buy a car. This dealership is terrible. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.. You will be lied too. NEVER trust MONDO OR CARL.. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF.

Terrible practices and cars. This place is a scam. Bought a truck in 2023 and a year later it’s sitting in my driveway with a million things wrong with it.

I want to warn everyone who thinking about buying a car from this dealership, please don’t they sold me a lemon fixed it up to make it look good, which I got it home the headlights went out, the sunroof wasn’t working, and you could hear water slushing around when it came to a stop, when I call to tell them about the problem with the vehicle they told me not to call them anymore and it was my problem now, they never answer when I call I’m talking to my lawyer about it, please check the reviews and definitely check BBB! It will save you the headache they put me and my family through!

Worst & most unprofessional experience ever in my lifetime of buying cars, but only after making the purchase though. Deceptive & intentional apparently. It appears to be a high end operation until the deal is done. Be very careful. Untrustworthy shady sales practices when the undisclosed details come to the surface, no honest upfront transparency of service contract agreements and general sales manager very rude when issues & questions occur. I had lost my car & more in the recent hurricanes and just didn't know I had to be on guard & couldn’t trust them or their basic practices. BEWARE!! NO concern for customer satisfaction at all or trying to find a readily easy mutual resolution. My experience was with Marietta Auto Sales and would not recommend them or the Autonomous Auto which was the initial contact point. That was confusing in the beginning which perhaps should have been a sign.

The absolute worst experience I have ever had with a car dealer. Companies like this are what feed the stereotype of used car sales. I purchased a car from Autonomous in November of 2022. It is now February 2023 and I still have not received the title to the car I bought. I have reached out via text message, email, and telephone numerous times. I have left several voice mail messages and all my communications with this dealership have been ignored and have not been responded to. For all intents and purposes they are refusing to produce the title to the car they sold me. I have reached out to law enforcement to inquire as to whether this constitutes fraud, or not. Do yourself a favor, do not even consider buying from this dealer.
