Superb Service

First visit for service to Prime Motors Sept 06, 2019 inspired confidence that I and my certified, pre-owned 2016 GLC W4 were in good hands. Tom Cook, Service Adviser, welcomed me and put me at ease with his clear explanation of work scheduled and his well-informed responses to my questions and his knowledge about Mercedes. I much appreciated Tom’s keeping me posted and his sending out James from service to say what he was doing. I felt Tom Cook looked after me from beginning to end of my visit at Prime Motors. Thank you so much. I also placed an order in parts with John Colcord, another gem of a person, so nice and well-informed about people and Mercedes!

Customer satisfaction well done!

Unusual noises in the engine due to a manufacturing defect was established after running some tests, therefore a new engine was installed. Car is now operating quietly. Thank You for the use of a courtesy vehicle during the 2 week process!

Prime motors is the best!!

I ALWAYS receive professional and courteous service at Prime!! Tom Cook is especially helpful and very pleasant to work with! His ready smile is always welcoming! I love my Mercedes ... and I love Prime Motors!!

Prompt & Professional

I took my car in for its scheduled service and repairs to the front driver and passenger seats’ bolsters, to update my navigation system’s maps, and to repair a defective zipper on the comfort box in the trunk. All of these updates and repairs were done in just two days, including ordering special parts needed for some of the repairs. And all of these repairs were covered by my warranty! Amazing!

Professional but felt like family!

Obviously very busy but well organized and warm. Mike P, Bruce and Rob were really nice and helpful without pushing to sell us anything. The car was treated and prepared incredibly fast! Even the pile of paperwork was efficiently dealt with.

Door gasket replacement

Nice experience is normal. Replaced a door gasket. Easy ordering. Showed up had it fixed and gone in 90 minutes. Car washed and chocolate croissant for me. Very courteous folks at this dealership too

Excellent service almost worth the price

The staff was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. All service was performed expertly, and the price came in slightly under the estimate. All reported issues were taken seriously, including gear whine, which was diagnosed as a bad pinion gear in the rear axle.
