I bought a ram limited last October and had an excellent experience while working with Terry, he is great. The experience has been down hill since then, I paid over 3k for an extended warranty that I still haven’t received any info on. I have reached out to the warranty company and they have never heard of me or my truck. I’ve called a few times and spoke to Sawyer, very frustrating. If I wanted all those stories I would have subscribed to readers digest. I live in NJ or I’d stop by and show some love. God bless Terry, it’s a shame the rest of the team isn’t up to his level. I’d definitely work with Terry again, Al Marter
