CarMax Springfield MO

The process was seamless. I wish there was wiggle room on the on the pricing. When picked up the truck, I was told it was detailed. The inside of the truck was clean and smelled great, however the outside of the truck had a lot of soap spots and some had hardened on the wheels.

It was an incredible experience. From the point of requesting the vehicle, through the test drive and the sale. They took all the anxiety out of the process and helped me get the truck I sought out for months.

My second attempt at purchasing a vehicle with CarMax was a great experience! Justin O'Donnell was amazing to work with. He was extremely patient, took the time to answer all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. Justin was very professional, but we also had some fun, friendly banter—which I really appreciated and made the experience even better. Buying a car can sometimes feel stressful, but he made it enjoyable. If I purchase another vehicle from CarMax in the future, I will definitely ask for Justin! (On a side note, my first trip into the dealership was not pleasant. The person at the front was rather abrupt with me. I had never been to CarMax so I was unsure of the process.)

Great experience 10/10 would recommend to friends & family - sold my car to CarMax 3 weeks before buying one. The process was easy and there was no haggling, what was quoted online was what was paid for the car and zero pressure to try to get me to "trade." I was assured of the time frame for the sales tax credit, car was paid off EXCEPTIONALLY fast, and when we decided to buy one, again, there was zero nonsense - no sales manager going back and forth, no high pressure finance manager trying to upsell, and no xx stories about how they are being "super fair" with us... It was REFRESHING to buy one that easy - in and out including the test drive in UNDER 2 hours!!!

The staff at the Springfield location was amazing! We worked with Madelyn on an issue with a purchase from another Carmax location and she was so friendly and patient. Additionally, when I brought my car back for service with Josiah, I was pleasantly surprised to find that my gas tank had been filled. That was such an unexpected blessing. I am so pleased with the entire experience and will definitely be a return customer.
