Everyone is great at the dealership. It is so difficult to get to it is why I wouldn't recommend it. I felt very unsafe with all the construction. It was like driving the cow in a cow pasture.

We recently bought a 2023 Escalade Sport. We were lied to about rear entertainment being the same as originals , got some cheap knock off ones. The management team did not want to refund the money even though they were at fault, said that they already had paid for the aftermarket screens and did not make it right for us. We were always assured it would be the originals screens therefore we did not ask no further questions. If aftermarket was never mentioned that wouldve of been a deal breaker for us. I will not be recommending this dealership in the future to none of my colleagues.

I went to service my non GM vehicle here because I only allow Joe Adams the service manager to help me maintained my vehicle. He is top notch in every category that’s important to me! I also drive an hour from my house to this dealership just because he is there! If you need your vehicle serviced this is the place and Joe and his team will get it done the right way!
