Efficient

I recently purchased a ford escape. I love it. It runs great and is excellent on gas. I'm particularly fond of ford vehicles. I also recently had a vehicle serviced at the ford quick lane and was very pleased with their courteous service and quick service.

Car broke down

My girl friends car broke down on 495 heading to cape cod,it was towed to bay state for repair. The alternator was bad and they told her that it was because she had an oil leak. It was going to cost 33 hundred to fix. I told her to just put an alternator in. So that's what they did. It cost 9 hundred dollars, that's a lot off money for that. The car does not have a major oil leak, the car is old and all cars leak a little oil. The did not even car the rental car company for her. Never again will we ever use them for anything O I forgot to say. It took five days to repair

Fast and Friendly

I purchased a 2012 Ford Edge Sport in March of 2015. I have been in for scheduled maintenance several times and always have a great experience. Fast service, polite, friendly staff and the waiting rooms are always clean.

Problem Fixed

I had a Ford Focus that was having trouble. I decided I no longer wanted the car and traded it in for a Ford Fussion. The Focus was new and was service several times on the transmission. I was very pleased they allowed me to turn it in after six months.

Routine visit

Nothing out of the ordinary. Had oil changed and tires rotated. I was advised by tech as to the current status of brakes, wipers, filters etc.
