Great service helpful employees

I have always enjoyed coming to your dealership for service. I drive a 1/2hour to get to you and have A Ford dealership 6miles from my home but I drive to Easton where everyone is very polite and helpful!

Great People, Great Service!

Quick Lane staff were professional and and helpful. They know what they are doing and they treat customer vehicles as they would their own. This was my first experience here and I will be back.

Fantastic car buying experience with Chuck Jones.

Had a great experience at Baystate Ford. Chuck Jones, our salesman was fantastic. He very patient, taking the time to find out what I wanted and making sure to find me the right vehicle. He make the whole process of buying a car which can be completely overwhelming so very simple. I have recommended friend's to Chuck and Baystate in the past and will continue to do so in the future.

Horrible experience

My experience was very horrible the finance manager was very rude the sales guy I dealt with is a out front liar and tried to basically tell me anything as if I would go for then tells the finance manager I did not want to leave. They were very unprofessional very disrespectful and should be part of the ford team treating customers that way I'm very unhappy and something must be done about this or I will tell everyone not to ever go to bay state ford for business.

Great Service, Great Selection

I purchased a 2016 Fusion. Mike Littlefield was excellent, he took me for a test drive, explained every feature on how to use it, pared my phone for me. Mike went the extra mile in my book. Mike was knowledgeable when it came to the Fusion, Baystate Ford is lucky to have him working for them.

Baystate Ford

The Service Manager and Transmission Specialist were very helpful. Baystate was able to get my car in, fixed, and back on the road in less than a week. Great service!

Ford Escape

Purchased a new Ford Escape at Bay State Ford.Mike Littlefield was the sales consultant who helped with my decision making. Service was excellent starting with Mike, he makes a great salesmen which made the experience that more relaxing and enjoyable. Mike was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and helped set up my cell phone. I also met with Patrick who helped with the financing. He also made the overall experience a pleasure. There was also the girl who finalized all the paper work and reviewed each paper with me to make sure I had a full understanding. She also was a pleasure to work with. It was the overall treatment on myself and professionalism of those I talked with that would make it a non brainer where to purchase another vehicle when the time comes.
