Baystate Ford/Quick Lane and I have a great relationship when it comes to servicing my 2014 Ford Escape and 2004 Mercury Monterey. Manager Kyle Robillard and staff were excellent in resolving my recent problem on my Escape.

Great job,faster and below estimate.

My F150' exhaust was making louder than usual noises at certain engine speeds. Adding a clamp to a loose heat shield was estimated to take an hour. I drove out 45 minutes later with a cost below the estimate! Great job!
