Do not purchase from this dealership i bought a 2020 bmw 740i some how it passed md inspection with dark tinted windows the driver side suspension is leaking the front running light is dim mix match tires the lane departure is malfunctioning the car isn't safe and shouldn't have never passed md inspection they are rip offs they lie cut corners promise to fix things and then don't stand by it they send the car to there mechanic on st.barnabas rd to moe there mechanic stay away they buy junk cars and swap parts from car to car Saleem sam and Billy at the dealership they all are liars the 1st day i viewed the car i pointed out the suspension/battery/front reaks after test driving had issues and Saleem the manger gave his word that if i purchase the car he would see to it that everything worng would be fixed and to find out once taking position of the car thier were other things i bought the car 3 months ago and its spent more time at thier mechanic than ive had the car so im going to higher ground to resolve this situation will keep you guys that we're ripped off like me posted on step by step process and the out come I will post email address shortly for all others that have been taking advantage of by this dealership and we can come together to form a class action law suit against waldorf car vault AKA rip of vault

Horrible Dealership. The google reviews are AI generated for a reason. This company is out of compliance with BBB for a reason. This company relocated from MD to VA for a reason. How they have 4 stars is a mystery. Hashmatullah the owner is from the hood so you better watch out

I purchased a 2019 Cadillac Escalade from this “awesome” dealership and it broke down almost instantly. On top of it they attempted to swindle me out of $8,000. These “AMAZING” guys broke every law, rule and regulation in the game. Everything from state to federal. Well, I have court tomorrow!! I’m so “excited!” Cause I’m gonna make sure that each one of your stories, you know, the real ones, not the ones that are “super eas”ily the fakest reviews I’ve ever seen on any dealerships profile in my life, but the real ones, I’m gonna make sure your voice gets heard tomorrow.

I brought a 2017 Mercedes Benz S550 4Matic, the car was not inspected correctly and the engine hose was ripped out of it. The dealership lied more than pinocchio. BEWARE OF RIP OFF AND FRAUDULENT dealerships, especially CarVault of Waldorf.

They misrepresent cars. Advertising gives one kind of spec, and the real car totally different. No ethics.

Warning!!! Beware and read before purchase. This place has nice looking cars but poor business practices that will continue to get them dragged into court. Purchased a vehicle and paid in full. No loan! CASH! Said the car would be clean and fixed. None of that happened. Tire sensors where bad and they sent us to a repair shop that they act like they own but they have no idea you are coming and work independently. The repair shop has their own business. So, when we asked to do our own paperwork at purchase they said they do it and cannot provide us with the title to do our own. Instead they charge you $700 for paperwork you can do yourself like we tried. This is illegal. Not happy about wasting time trying to get the car fixed we asked for our money back the next day after purchase. They refused! This is also illegal. Cops came and they lied about everything and said we are banned from the lot. Very dishonest people. Even made a comment that I, the husband needed to talk some since into my wife, so women beware if you go up there. Overall you have people there saying they are the owner when they are not. They would not provide contact information. The police had to get their information from them. Everything is true and they have worked diligently to erase comments for Google reviews. BUT! One thing they can’t erase is BBB complaints. Purchase at your own risk. You have been warned!

I brought a vehicle 2 months ago and been paying ever since. They provided the Carfax but of course, all the information wasn’t provided. They constantly gave me the run arounds and being very vague. Do not entertain and especially purchase from this car dealership.
