Papa's Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM

My experience with Papa's Jeep Chrysler of New Britain, CT (and specifically with salesman Mr. Vtek Rosa) was absolutely awesome! I highly recommend this place (and V-tell). I went in armed with pricing information from truecar.com and did some research on the surrounding dealerships' prices, so I had an understanding of the market prices and I knew the price range my wife and I could afford. The desired vehicle on papas website was listed at a certain price to included all of the rebates that I was not entitled to, additionally the vehicle was listed at the (current) market price in the New England area. Not to mention my trade-in vehicle was in an accident that had recently reduced its value. Unfortunately, I couldn't afford the asking price (including all of the rebates) which was already listed at a great price and I was upside down on my vehicle, so many obstacles were against me. However, as Mr. V-tek and I discussed pricing of the vehicle and my vehicles value, he immediately logged on Keller blue book to determine the value of my vehicle which turned out to be below the amount I owed on the vehicle. Mr. V-tek discussed my dilemma to his manager and V-tek and his manager and I reached an agreement that my wife and I were both comfortable with. The dealership gave me more for an undervalued vehicle, added all of the rebates on the final price and reduced the price that the vehicle was listed at. You have to respect a sales representative and company that values great customer service and put customers before a huge profile! This dealership is about building continuous relationships with customers versus a huge sell! I was absolutely impressed with the services and deal I received. I have recommended all of my military peers, subordinates and superiors to Papas jeep dealership because of their friendly service! Go Army strong at PAPAS New Britain!

The sales team was terrific, Vtech was responsive, accommodating and delivered everything he promised and beyond. In addition, he was highly professional and a true delight to deal with, I have had many experiences buying cars and Papas and Vtek are a 10 in my book!!!

I came across a used truck on line at Papas. I have a very crazy work schedule working 6 days a week with Sunday being my only day off. I called up Papas to see if the truck was still available. I was put into contact with John Evans. He took the time to see if the truck was available and called me right back. Keep in mind this truck is 2006 and DID NOT have a huge price tag. John worked with my schedule came in ON HIS DAY OFF to help me. I had brought my 3 year old grandson with me and John even treated him to breakfast at the pit stop WOW and then ask if son or myself would like anything REALLY. I am buying a cheep of truck not new. The day I was to pick up my truck I ended up in the hospital. John and Jeff where Fantastic and when I was finally able to get my truck in and out had everything ready for me. Our Sales Associate Garry Cwikla went above and beyond to search out and retrieve the exact Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited we were looking for. He was thorough, knowledgeable and kept us well informed as to the search for the perfect Jeep! Delivery was as promised and Garry was very informative. Jeff Juaire in Finance was also very thorough in going over the paper work. Very happy with the way all was handled for our new car purchase!
