Wonderful facility, great customer service. I only had to wait 1 hour for my oil change and their waiting area was clean and had fantastic WiFi.

I had received the notice that I was late for service
I had received the notice that I was late for service from Hyundai. It also stated there was a recall. I made the appointment and went in even though I just had 6200 miles on the car with the first service do at 7500. They were very courteous and professional that even though I was early, they would take care of it. The service was quick professional, and the car was delivered to me clean. The facilities are new so I would expect them to be clean once they are.

Pleased with the dealership somewhat.
Pleased with the dealership somewhat. Finance Manger was only somewhat helpful. We left confused but it was late and thought I’d check tomorrow. Never did meet the of the Sales manager!. At this point, Ian not sure if we will use their service dept. Our salesman was respectful, very willing to help and helpful but I noticed the two salesmen on the floor had to keep running back and forth many many times to his office. It took a great amount of time several times. We almost got up and left. Arian in Sales is really the only reason we will go back and try the Service Dept and that it is the closest to us.

Bought our Hyundai at Stevenson Hyundai and will only service our Hyundai Santa Fe there. It's the only place I trust. They moved from Longmont to Frederick. The waiting area is comfortable and has charging stations for your phone, tablet, or computer. Coffee/tea/soda, light snacks, are provided.
