Their reservation system didn't have the coupon deal
Their reservation system didn't have the coupon deal recorded after making the reservation through FB. They were going to charge me $10 extra but I had a reminder email from them showing the deal I signed up for. Unfortunately I didn't get the full synthetic oil the deal I signed up for said it was. The service was finished but the service desk was slow to process the paperwork - I had to go ask if my car was ready after I saw it sitting outside for approximately 30 minutes. Apparently their customers time isn't important to them. Too bad because they have a beautiful facility.

My only gripe was that I had to spend 3 hours there when I had already selected the car, gotten financing and turned all of my documents in. The guy that sat with me was nice enough, just seemed like a long time when I had everything in order for the car I wanted. They did have the best deal by far though!

Even though they have dealers fees, their price was lower
Even though they have dealers fees, their price was lower than dealers that ?don?t have a fee?. A least one factor was lower money factor. Didn?t even Set foot in dealership. It was all handled via email/phone. Tanner/scott were great
