Im filling this out on behalf of my wife since the lady

Im filling this out on behalf of my wife since the lady at the front desk selected the wrong number even after asking for clarification. Generally we are very pleased with the service we get from Stevinson Hyundai but this last time the customer service was very much lacking. My wife inquired about a repair on the windshield and if they could do an inspection to see if it may fall under warranty. The lady was rude insisting there would be a chip. Im sorry but as a dealership you should do your due diligence especially if it could fall under warranty. The repairs and services took a couple of day anyway why not take a few ecmxtra minutes to inspect the windshield. The repairs did take much longer than we anticipated which isnt a big deal but it would have been nice to have a solid estimated time of completion.

Chris made the car buying experience fun!

Chris made the car buying experience fun! He was also very knowledgeable about the car I was buying. There were no sales tactics, nothing vague about the process as everything about the process was transparent! Would highly recommend Stevinson Hyundai!

Honest and straightforward.

Honest and straightforward. Let me handle almost everything over email which was great since I have two small kids at home including a newborn. Really appreciated Matt being so accommodating.
